Utta works for the Akanen Government as a Head of Security. Her career had a rough start, getting into all sorts of trouble to enforce true justice. But after a long and arduous journey, she made it to the top.

More puppygirls are always cool. Be careful with this one. She bites. I'm not sure if that stripe is part of her fur or facepaint. Regardless, this was just a way to finish yet another character design. Got experimental with the flightsuit because i was tired of just having gold trim on everything.
